Biography

Dyanna Volek is a wellness consultant, advocate, and content creator dedicated to holistic wellbeing — nurturing the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social dimensions of health. A certified yoga and Pilates instructor, bodybuilding competitor, and personal trainer in training, Dyanna brings an authentic and multidimensional approach to wellness rooted in both discipline and compassion.

Dyanna is also a dynamic speaker, emcee, and certified Toastmaster, known for empowering communities through storytelling and connection. She has hosted and spoken at summits including Asian Women Are Strong, uplifting conversations around identity, resilience, and purpose. Beyond wellness, she serves as an ordained minister through American Marriage Ministries and a Deputy Marriage Commissioner for the City and County of San Francisco, where she helps couples celebrate love in all its forms.

As a San Francisco–based lifestyle, fitness, and fashion creator, Dyanna inspires others to live mindfully and boldly — blending wellness with modern city life. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, bringing a thoughtful, socially conscious lens to her work.
